WALLACE SHAWN's plays include THE FEVER, THE DESIGNATED MOURNER, AUNT DAN AND LEMON, and most recently GRASSES OF A THOUSAND COLOURS. He appears frequently on stage and television, and in many films including "My Dinner with Andre" and "Vanya on 42nd Street." His book Essays was published this fall.
