The Folly of Jared Taylor on the 9/11 Attack

Jonas E. Alexis and Mark Dankof • Saturday, September 12, 2026 • 4,100 Words

JEA: If there is another example of Jared Taylor cobbling together a few statements while leaving out crucial details that could wreck his entire worldview, his recent piece on the September 11 attacks is a classic case. From the outset, Taylor repeats what he was saying more than twenty years ago: the simplistic and prevailing narrative that 19 Muslims were responsible for the September 11 attacks, which claimed the lives of nearly 3,000 Americans.

Well, did Taylor leave out important information? Indeed, he did. For example, in the aftermath of the attacks, the Washington Post reported that at least 60 Israelis had been detained by the FBI. Yet none was prosecuted, apparently because authorities were scared to be accused of anti-Semitism.[1] The Washington Post, the Telegraph, and other major media outlets, including the widely read French newspaper Le Monde, began asking why so many of these individuals had been arrested.[2] According to John Farmer, a former senior counsel to the 9/11 Commission, the commission’s report is unreliable, and many of those who helped write it were misled.[3]

By March 2002, it was estimated that U.S. authorities had arrested roughly 200 Israelis in connection with espionage investigations. Some allegedly “had used cover stories to gain access to sensitive government buildings and the homes of American officials,” while others reportedly posed as art students.[4] In 2003, the Sunday Herald stated that “five Israelis were seen filming as jet liners ploughed into the Twin Towers on September 11, 2001.” The newspaper also claimed that “Israeli intelligence had been shadowing the al-Qaeda hijackers as they moved from the Middle East through Europe and into America where they trained as pilots and prepared to suicide-bomb the symbolic heart of the United States. And the motive? To bind America in blood and mutual suffering to the Israeli cause.”[5] The men who were filming the attack were eventually apprehended along with their van:

“In the car was $4700 in cash, a couple of foreign passports and a pair of box cutters—the concealed Stanley Knife-type blades used by the 19 hijackers who’d flown jetliners into the World Trade Centre and Pentagon just hours before. There were also fresh pictures of the men standing with the smoldering wreckage of the Twin Towers in the background. One image showed a hand flicking a lighter in front of the devastated buildings, like a fan at a pop concert. The driver of the van then told the arresting officers: ‘We are Israeli. We are not your problem. Your problems are our problems. The Palestinians are the problem.’”[6]

Their lawyer, Ram Horvitz, dismissed their actions as “stupid and ridiculous,” while Mark Regev of the Israeli Embassy in Washington dismissed the allegations as “simply false.” But simply declaring an allegation false without providing evidence does not, by itself, resolve the underlying question.

“The respected New York Jewish newspaper, The Forward, reported in March 2002, however, that it had received a briefing on the case of the five Israelis from a U.S. official who was regularly updated by law enforcement agencies. This is what he told The Forward: ‘The assessment was that Urban Moving Systems [of which the men were employees] was a front for the Mossad and operatives employed by it.’ Back in Israel, several of the men discussed what happened on an Israeli talk show. One of them made this remarkable comment: ‘The fact of the matter is we are coming from a country that experiences terror daily. Our purpose was to document the event.’ But how can you document an event unless you know it is going to happen?”[7]

These issues prompted a number of physicists and professors—at least 75 in all—to argue that more evidence was needed to substantiate the airplane hypothesis. One of them, Professor David Gabbard, stated: “We’re academics and we’re rational, and we really believe Congress or someone should investigate this.”[8]

Well, did Taylor investigate these questions? Apparently not. It is far easier to accept the conventional explanation that places the blame entirely on Muslim extremists than to examine the allegations surrounding Israel and the Israelis who were reportedly filming the attacks. Doing so would raise uncomfortable questions about assumptions underlying Taylor’s ideological worldview. Taylor is, of course, unwilling to pursue that line of inquiry. Like Pamela Geller and other neoconservative lunatics, he fits comfortably within a worldview that places primary responsibility for 9/11 on Muslim extremists. What he does not seriously investigate, however, is the case of the Israelis who were detained and questioned in connection with the events of September 11. According to Sylvain Cypel of Le Monde, there is no doubt that Israeli intelligence—at least the Mossad—was aware of the impending 9/11 attacks before they occurred.[9] Netanyahu, for his part, declared some years after the attack, “We [the Israelis] are benefiting from one thing, and that is the attack on the Twin Towers and Pentagon, and the American struggle in Iraq,” and stated that these events “swung American public opinion in our favor.”[10] Just one day after the attack, Netanyahu declared that the attack was “very good.”[11] Netanyahu, of course, quickly “edited himself,” apparently realizing that his statement could almost certainly get him into trouble. “Well, not very good, but it will generate immediate sympathy. [The incident would] strengthen the bond between our two peoples, because we’ve experienced terror over so many decades, but the United States has now experienced a massive hemorrhaging of terror.”[12]

Now, if one approaches these questions as a matter of rational inquiry, should we not at least consider whether Israel’s role deserves greater scrutiny than it has received from the mainstream media and political establishment? Shouldn’t the evidence be examined before reaching a definitive conclusion? And why does Jared Taylor so quickly accept the conclusion that 19 Muslims were responsible for 9/11 when other individuals were also investigated in connection with the attacks? This is a question of evidence, not necessarily a conspiracy theory.

Even if Taylor believes the 19 hijackers were guilty as charged, what should we make of the other individuals who were detained, questioned, or investigated in connection with the attacks? A serious investigation cannot simply ignore inconvenient evidence because it complicates an established narrative. The relevant question is straightforward: what do we do with the other suspects and the evidence surrounding them? And what about Jewish individuals who committed terrorist acts on U.S. soil?

Between 1980 and 1985, 18 terrorist attacks in the United States were attributed to Jewish perpetrators, 15 of them allegedly carried out by the Jewish Defense League (JDL). The JDL was founded by Rabbi Meir Kahane, who was later designated a terrorist by the U.S. government. Kahane also maintained political connections with Israel. The case of Jonathan Pollard, the American intelligence analyst who spied for Israel, raises further questions about the extent of Israel’s intelligence activities in the United States.[13]

Taylor again does not address these issues—not because they are unworthy of investigation, but because his skewed and arguably wicked ideology prevents him from doing so. Toward the end of his article, he writes: “Once Mr. Trump and his deference to Israel are gone, the party could nudge us towards policies that really are America first, and help us rebuild a country fit for white people.”

Well, Mr. Taylor, what has this “deference to Israel” produced? Are we really to believe that Trump was the driving force behind the war, or should we also examine the role of Israel and its lobby in the United States in pushing Washington toward yet another bloody confrontation with Iran? Instead of addressing these serious questions, Taylor diverts the discussion into a partisan comparison between Democrats and Republicans: “Only 8 percent of Democrats support the attacks on Iran, while fully 69 percent of Republicans do.” But what about the outside actors who have repeatedly pushed the United States toward perpetual war? Does Taylor really expect us to believe that he did not see Netanyahu boasting about his role in persuading Donald Trump to attack Iran? Consider the following report from the International Business Times—hardly an obscure or outlandish media outlet:

“Benjamin Netanyahu has offered a remarkable glimpse into how he believes he helped shift American thinking on Iran, pointing to an unusual political weapon: his years of appearances on US television. In a recent interview, the Israeli prime minister said it took years to convince Washington that diplomacy alone would not stop Iran. He then revealed just how much time he had spent making Israel’s case to an American audience, claiming he had accumulated close to 1,000 hours on US television. Netanyahu said that exposure gave him the ability to influence opinion in America, as well as an intimate understanding of its political leaders and how to navigate Washington. The claim has now triggered a much bigger question about Netanyahu’s influence on Trump: did the Israeli leader help persuade Donald Trump to go to war with Iran, or did he actually manipulate the president into doing something he might otherwise have rejected?”[14]

Netanyahu himself has publicly boasted about his influence over Donald Trump. Are we supposed to exclude Netanyahu from the equation and instead reduce the discussion to “Democrats” and “Republicans” in the United States? Is that really the serious analysis Taylor is asking his readers to accept?

The argument is bizarre. Unless one is so constrained by an ideological framework that inconvenient facts become invisible, it is difficult to understand how anyone could reduce such a complex question to partisan politics while ignoring the role of foreign governments such as Israel and their influence on U.S. foreign policy. Such an analysis bears little resemblance to the reality Taylor claims to be examining. Mark Dankof will give us some insights on these issues:

MD: I believe Dr. Alan Zabrosky of the U. S. Army War College is correct. The Israeli Mossad pulled off the 9-11 attacks. They had the motive, the means, the opportunity, and the network in the domestic United States to keep their involvement from public exposure. As Dr. Zabrosky puts it, “It is 100% certain that 9-11 was a Mossad operation. Period.” It was my broadcast colleague, Mark Glenn of The Ugly Truth, who did the initial exclusive interview on the air with Zabrosky, when the Good Doctor finally went public with what he knew.

Consider just a few of the facts discussed by Dr. Robert Sungenis in his two-part series for Dr. E. Michael Jones’ Culture Wars (July/August 2012 edition and the current September 2012 edition available online). The Sungenis series is an extended review of Christopher Bollyn’s book, “Solving 9-11: The Deception That Changed the World.” Many of these facts are also accessible online through Wikispooks through their dossier entitled, “9-11: Israel Did It.”

Fact: The BBC reported on September 23, 2001 that most of the “nineteen Muslims” are still alive. Rex Tomb, Chief of Investigative Publicity for the FBI noted that the reason bin Laden and the Taliban have never been officially accused by the United States for orchestrating 9-11 is “because the FBI has no hard evidence connecting bin Laden to 9-11.”

Dick Cheney stated in an interview with Tony Snow on March 26, 2006 that “We’ve never made the case, or argued the case that somehow Osama bin Laden was directly involved in 9-11.  That evidence has never been forthcoming.” Robert Muller of the FBI admitted the same when he stated that, “In our investigation, we have not uncovered a single piece of paper either here in the U. S. or in the treasure trove of information that has turned up in Afghanistan and elsewhere that mentioned any aspect of the September 11th plot.”

Fact: Zionist Jew and Netanyahu pal, Larry Silverstein, obtained the lease for the Twin Towers just ten weeks before 9-11. He doubled the insurance and included a clause for “terrorists’ acts.” When it came time to collect, Silverstein claimed there were two incidents of “terror” since two buildings were hit by planes, which allowed him to seek for double indemnity. His victory in court was overseen by Zionist Jew Michael B. Mukasey. Silverstein later gave conflicting accounts of why he was not eating breakfast at the Windows of the World restaurant at the Twin Towers on 9-11, a complete departure from his usual routine. Or why his son, Roger, and daughter, Lisa did not show up for work as usual at the World Trade Center on that fateful morning.

Take a look at what Bollyn, Sungenis, and Wikispooks chronicle about the astounding list of high-profile Zionist Jews connected to the Twin Tower complex who were all conveniently missing from the area on 9-11. Frank Lowy; Lewis Eisenberg; Ronald S. Lauder; Jules Kroll; Jerome Hauer.

This is all especially interesting given the Jerusalem Post report that the foreign ministry of Israel had the names of 4,000 Israelis believed to be in the area of the Twin Towers or the Pentagon at the time of the attacks, yet only one Israeli is known to have died that morning. How did all of these Jews know to be absent that morning?

Maybe it has something to do with the admission of Jewish-run company Odigo [later purchased by Comverse Infosys, an Israeli company which specializes in phone and wiretapping] which had offices two blocks from the Twin Towers, that two of its employees received instant messages warning of a large-scale attack two hours before the planes hit the Twin Towers. The Israeli newspaper, Haaretz, carried the story.

Two weeks after 9-11, the Vice President of Odigo, Alex Diamandis stated, “The messages said something big was going to happen in a certain amount of time, and it did–almost to the minute.” Bollyn and Sungenis note another oddity in all of this: the Israeli company, ZIM, which vacated its 10,000 square foot office space in the North Twin Tower only a few days before 9-11 even though the company lease ran to the end of 2001, losing $50,000 in the process. When the FBI’s Michael Dick began an investigation of this suspicious activity, Michael Chertoff removed him from the case.

Chertoff is an Israeli citizen; his cousin, Benjamin Chertoff, wrote the infamous article for Popular Mechanics that attempted to support the U. S. government’s position on 9-11 and to defuse the sharp criticism of American physicists and scientists which definitively stated that the official story of how the Towers came down was a scientific absurdity and impossibility.

Chertoff’s mother, Livia Eisen, had been an agent for the Israeli Mossad. Chertoff also played a major role in the prosecution of the 1993 False Flag terror bombing of the World Trade Center eight years before. As Bollyn and Sungenis tell it, and as Wikispooks narrates the story, Chertoff was assigned the investigation of the aftermath of 9-11 as the Assistant Attorney General. He had the final authority on the removal of the steel girders from ground zero.

This removal of crime evidence was undertaken by scrapyards and junkyards that were Zionist-owned. Two of the junkyards were Hugo Neu Schnitzer East and Metals Management Northeast. Hugo Neu is a Jewish immigrant. He invests Israeli venture capital with Nir Belzer who is the senior manager of Israel’s Millennium Materials Technologies Funds with Oren Gafri.

Gafri served as an executive with Israeli Aircraft Industries, Ltd., Bedek division, which specialized in aircraft conversion. Gafri also trained in Israel’s nuclear program, including explosive coatings of super-thermite(the kind found in the dust of 9-11). It was another Zionist, Yoram Shalmon of PowerLoc Technologies, who contracted to remove the 250 tons of steel girders from ground zero.

In the case of Michael Chertoff, he was later made the head of the Department of Homeland Security. He used the Sensitive Security Information program to confiscate evidence to forestall investigation into 9-11, including the confiscation of the three private video tapes of the attack on the Pentagon. These tapes have never been released.

Then there is Philip Zelikow, an Israeli citizen like Chertoff. He ends up as the writer of the official United States Government Report on 9-11.

Fact: Steel melts only at 2,777 degrees Fahrenheit. Jet fuel burns no hotter than 1,517 degrees Fahrenheit. There was nothing in the World Trade Center buildings, barring explosives and thermite, that could burn hotter than jet fuel. Strong circumstantial evidence suggests that a sophisticated form of super-thermite had been applied to large sections of the World Trade Center.

There are interesting super-thermite connections in this case when one considers the logical possibilities. There is the aforementioned Oren Gafri connection. Gafri served as an executive with Israeli Aircraft Industries, Ltd., Bedek division, which specialized in aircraft conversion. Gafri also trained in Israel’s nuclear program, including explosive coatings of super-thermite (the kind found in the dust of 9-11).

There may be another damning super-thermite connection. Ehud Barak, the prime minister of Israel until March of 2001, came to the United States shortly after leaving office, as reported by Bollyn and Sungenis. He came, ostensibly, to work as a special advisor for Electronic Data Systems and as a consultant with SCP Partners, a Mossad-run private equity company focused on “security related” work. . . . was his real cover to oversee the 9-11 attacks?

Bollyn clearly suspects this on the basis of the fact that in 2001, SCP Partners did business with Metallurg Holding, Inc., as well as Advanced Metallurgical Group, N. V. (AMG), both sharing the same Wayne, PA address. AMG specializes in the production of super-thermite, and others which manufacture specialized coatings of nano-composites.

This is the same Ehud Barak who was in the London studio of the BBC within minutes of the explosive demolitions of the Twin Towers on 9-11, declaring minus any evidence of culpability that there needed to be a “War on Terror” and “U. S. military intervention in Afghanistan.” Is this a case of the real perpetrator assigning the blame to convenient and demonized enemies?

Bollyn mentions two other interesting connections. LVI Group, Inc. and Controlled Demolition, Inc., which had previously done multi-million dollar contracts of research and development for the Department of Defense in areas of “asbestos abatement” and “preparing structures for demolition prior to the placement of charges.”

And what may be the clincher in terms of troubling circumstantial evidence: Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). SAIC provided all the experts who wrote papers for the NIST investigation of 9-11. It headed the investigation of the 1993 WTC bombing; it makes nanothermites through its subsidiary, Applied Ordinance Technology, and subcontracts to the Central Intelligence Agency to spy on CIA employees. It has employed Robert Gates and John Deutsch.

One thing is sure. Israelis Michael Chertoff and Philip Zelikow are not about to allow extensive examination and investigation of these disturbing pieces of information and the connections they suggest. They will debunk the insistence of American physicists like Stephen Jones of Brigham Young University that the scientific facts disprove the official conclusions. They will ignore the trails on accessibility to nano-thermite.

They will ignore the questions surrounding Larry Silverstein’s obtaining of the Towers and the highly profitable character of the insurance arrangement that made him a ton of money. They will ignore the Odigo connection in terms of establishing Israeli foreknowledge of the event. They will ignore the fact that Building 7 of the World Trade Center came down instantaneously in its own footprint as the other buildings did, but without being struck by an airplane, what Alan Sabrosky terms “the tipping point.”

Then there is the Chertoff/Zelikow concealment of the Five Dancing Israelis on 9-11 who were arrested and later quietly allowed to return to Israel, courtesy of a direct order from Michael Chertoff.

These Five Dancing Israelis were jumping for joy and photographing themselves with the collapse of the Twin Towers in the background, first in Liberty State Park after the initial impact. Later, other witnesses saw them celebrating on a roof in Weehawken, New Jersey, and subsequently in a parking lot in Jersey City. Residents of the area called police. The Israeli men were posing as Arabs running a New Jersey moving company. Two of the five were later positively identified as agents of the Israeli Mossad.

These individuals were carrying multiple passports, thousands of dollars in cash, and tested positive for explosives as reported only by the Bergen Record in Paolo Lima, New Jersey. Three vans traced to these five Israelis were seized, one prior to the Lincoln Tunnel; another at the George Washington Bridge; the final one on King Street between 6th and 7th which the Israelis fled after they blew it up. The moving company which owned these vans, Urban Moving Systems (UMS), was a Mossad front.

The two Mossad agents in this operation were the Kurzberg brothers, Paul and Sivan. Dominic Suter, another Mossad agent, was the registered owner of Urban Moving Systems (UMS),and allowed to flee the United States for Israel by the FBI on September 14, 2001, courtesy of Chertoff’s directive. After Suter’s escape, the other 5 men failed lie detector tests but still were allowed to flee.

Three of these men, Oded Ellner, Omer Marmari, and Yaron Schmuel, show up on Israeli television in November 2001. Ellner took the lead on that show, and said that “Our purpose was to document the 9-11 event.” This too proves Israeli foreknowledge, as does the Odigo incident.

Fact: The American airport which was at the center of the 9-11 operation was Boston’s Logan Airport. Who provided security at that airport on that fateful day? The Israeli airport security firm International Consultants on Targeted Security (ICTS) is the answer.

Fact: Who had control of security at the World Trade Center since 1987? The answer is the Israeli Mossad, as documented by Christopher Bollyn. In 1987, the Mossad procured the contract under the name of Atwell Security, a subsidiary of the Eisenberg Group under Shaul Eisenberg of the Mossad.

The New York representative for Atwell at that time was Peter Zvi Malkin, who joined the Israeli Haganah at age twelve, nabbed Adolf Eichmann in 1960, and was an explosives expert. Malkin worked closely with Rafael “Dirty Rafi” Eitan, the senior Mossad agent who ran the Jonathan Pollard espionage operation in the 1980s while working out of the Israeli Embassy in Washington, and who also ran the PROMIS computer software alternation plot.

The PROMIS plot enabled Israel and Communist China to siphon American nuclear secrets from Los Alamos Nuclear Laboratories, using Israeli asset and British media mogul Robert Maxwell as the broker of the altered computer program. My review of Gordon Thomas’s Seeds of Fire will brief your readers and viewers on this one.

The Atwell/Mossad security contract for the World Trade Center, as Bollyn and Sungenis tell it, was one the Port Authority of New York felt compelled to cancel in 1987 when it was revealed that one Avraham Shalom Ben-Dor, former head of the Israeli Shin Bet, was running the Atwell contract while working with Rafi Eitan.

Bollyn and Sungenis also tell us that the cancellation of this contract forced Mossad to come up with a new one, which they did. Jules Kroll and Kissinger connected-Maurice Greenberg, the CEO of the bailed out AIG Insurance Company, Jackie Kennedy boyfriend, and associate of Shaul Eisenberg of the Asian branch of the Mossad, put it together.

This is the tip of the Israeli connections in this case, as Christopher Bollyn and Robert Sungenis put it together. Sungenis has done a couple of radio shows with me on the subject. Bollyn’s book and Sungenis’ review cover much, much more, including the Ptech-Guardium network.
