by S. Fridman - Moscow, Russia
(lubavitch.com) Among the guests joining Chabad of Moscow’s Israeli community for Shabbat services and dinner last Friday night, were a group of Israeli realtors, bankers and lawyers who had come to participate in the city’s first real estate fair.
Representatives from over a dozen top Israeli realty developers, Israel Discount Bank and a leading Israeli law firm participated in last week’s two day fair.
Mr. Stanislav Zingle of Gordon Rock and Rabbi Yakov Fridman - President of IMBC (Israel Moscow Business Club) invited the participants of the fair to a closing dinner held in the Bolshaya Bronaya Synagogue.
“This is the first of many future projects of IMBC,” Fridman told lubavitch.com. The objective of IMBC, he explained, “is to create a Jewish environment for business people from Israel and elsewhere who come to Moscow.”
This particular fair, at which notable Israeli developers, among them Azorim, Bet Yair, Yosi Avrami and Cesarea participated, explains Rabbi Fridman, encouraged Russia’s Jews to consider buying property in Israel.
