The WorldWatch Institute

Ik kreeg vanmiddag deze email van een goede organisatie, Worldwatch:
'Dear Stan,
You're not alone. Did you know that Worldwatch publications are read around the world in 36 languages?
With your recent purchase of a Worldwatch publication, you've helped to support the production and dissemination of the most independent, credible, and fact-based research there is on global environmental issues. We thank you for your support.
But if you are concerned about the state of our world, there is more you can do to help.
Revenue from the sales of our books and magazine covers just 25% of our annual budget, so each year we must raise the remaining 75% to attract and retain the best researchers, produce award-winning publications, and communicate our vision for a sustainable world to the leaders and citizens poised to make a difference.
As a Worldwatch reader, we hope you will consider supporting our work. Your tax-deductible contribution of $35, $50, $100, or $500 will help us to continue producing the publications you've come to depend on for cross-cutting research and fact-based analysis of the trends that are shaping our future.
We do everything we can to keep our publications affordable in order to reach the broadest audience possible with our message of a sustainable future. Make a contribution today and help spread the word!
Thanks for all that you do to help us support a shared vision for a sustainable world.
Christopher Flavin
President

Lees bijvoorbeeld Rebecca Culshaw.
