U.S. Losing Diplomacy War

U.S. LOSING NOT ONLY ITS SELF-RESPECT BUT THE ENTIRE WAR OF DIPLOMACY

Obviously, the United States corporate government was never prepared for the type of “asymmetric” warfare being unleashed against it. Be it in the field of financial and economics, mass media propaganda, cyber-security, military and diplomatic, the Western hegemony in all these fields is fast deteriorating.
Lately, what’s left of the US credibility in the global political arena has officially vanished by its own refusal to coordinate with Russian top officials in the latter’s ongoing military intervention in Syria and soon even in Iraq.
By ignoring the proposed Prime Minister Medvedev’s delegation to Washington, the White House has only displayed its worst diplomatic standards, or lack thereof. Instead, it chose to continue airdropping arms and ammunition to what it considers as moderate rebels.

Washington has refused to receive a Russian military delegation, headed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, to discuss coordinated action on the fight against terrorism in Syria, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said.
“We have proposed to Americans what President Vladimir Putin informed the public about yesterday, namely, to send a delegation of military experts to Moscow to agree on a whole number of joint steps, afterwards we would be ready to send a high delegation led by Prime Minister Medvedev to Washington,” Lavrov told the Russian Parliament on Thursday.
“Today we were told that they will not be able to send a delegation to Moscow. At the same time, they are unable to receive our delegation in Washington,” he added.
The top Russian diplomat also said that when Moscow invited partners to join Baghdad-based anti-terrorism center it got unconstructive response.
“We invited our other partners to take part in activities of the information center so that everyone could see the full picture, so that everyone is on the same page to avoid any misunderstanding. The response was unconstructive. They said why in Iraq? It is not safe there. We explained that according to our estimates, this center can operate in quite favorable conditions. But if there is a wish to coordinate actions in some other place, we are ready for this,” Lavrov said.
“The agreement on the military-technical measures to prevent incidents in the air, which has been practically achieved, will start working from day to day, I hope. Today the finishing touches will be given to coordinate all of its points,” Lavrov told the State Duma.
“And then we are ready to sit down and discuss things, with all the cards in our hands: where THEY think terrorists are, where WE think they could be… I’m sure that if we work honestly, those evaluations will coincide.”
“We should all start with showing our cards, both in direct and indirect sense,” the minister stressed. Then our actions would speak louder than words, calling on the fight against terrorism. I don’t see any reason why we shouldn’t sit down and discuss [these] things.
“Perhaps, the West thinks that Islamic State [IS, formerly ISIS] and Assad should just deplete each other,” he said. But I wouldn’t like to think that our Western colleagues are being guided by such ‘simplified’ logic.”
This goes to show that nobody in the White House is really in complete control of the highest office of the land. What a good day to start the process of restoring the Constitutional Republic of the united States of America.
Or, America and the world will have more of this…
So I came back to see him a few weeks later, and by that time we were bombing in Afghanistan. I said, “Are we still going to war with Iraq?” And he said, “Oh, it’s worse than that.” He reached over on his desk. He picked up a piece of paper. And he said, “I just got this down from upstairs” — meaning the Secretary of Defense’s office — “today.” And he said, “This is a memo that describes how we’re going to take out seven countries in five years, starting with Iraq, and then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and, finishing off, Iran.” I said, “Is it classified?” He said, “Yes, sir.” I said, “Well, don’t show it to me.” And I saw him a year or so ago, and I said, “You remember that?” He said, “Sir, I didn’t show you that memo! I didn’t show it to you!”[1]

It’s not only that Russia has made formidable advances in military technology due to its nationalistic military arms industry, as opposed to the profit oriented military industrial complex of the West, it also has a government that is genuinely serving the interests of its people, and by extension, the interest of countries around its periphery, having realized early on that we all have a common enemy.
“Strategic Russian airstrikes and surgically precise cruise missile attacks have systematically destroyed and/or degraded ISIS military installations, hidden arsenals, camouflaged depots, supply lines and other overland attack routes.  The Islamic State cannot even believe what hit them.  They’re especially angry at their American handlers for assuring them that they would never feel the brunt of a real military assault.”

Hundreds of critical ISIS/L targets that were successfully erased from the Syrian map.  Add to that is the reported injury of the ISIS leader Al Baghdadi himself. This should create desperation on the ranks of the terrorists to the point of getting back on their US handlers. That’s why small arms airdropping were made yesterday possibly through the efforts of ISIS official coordinator, John McCain, to appease the proxies.

“To weaken Putin at home and abroad, we should make more information public about the corruption of the Russian leadership, including the president himself, and how Russia uses graft as a tool of state policy.”
“We should ramp up targeted sanctions on Russia. Low energy prices are battering Russia’s economy and currency. We should increase that pain.”
“The United States must lead these efforts with the broadest possible coalition. We will find many willing partners in Europe, which is reeling from the refugee crisis, as well as the Sunni Arab states, which will view a Russian victory in Syria as an Iranian victory. Rather than play into Putin’s hands by undermining our own international efforts to isolate him, we should enhance those efforts to deepen that isolation and balance against Russia.”
But the Iranian Quds Special Force under the command of the legendary Major General Qasem Soleimani  and those of Iraq are not resting until the last of these moderate headcutters are accounted for. Surgical strikes are still continuing…

Russian Aerospace Forces have completed 41 sorties against 40 Islamic State infrastructure facilities in Syria’s governorates of Aleppo, Idlib, Latakia, Hama, and Deir ez-Zor.
“Su-24M bombers carried out precision strikes near the city of Aleppo against facilities used by militants to assemble explosion devices and install them on suicide bombers’ automobiles,” the Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said Wednesday during a briefing in Moscow.
According to him, militants planned to use these vehicles to carry out terrorist attacks across Syria and to attack the national army positions.
“Near the settlement of Hraytan, an Su-25M [Frogfoot] attack fighter carried out a strike against an IS terrorist arms depot and fuel storage unit. The facilities were completely destroyed using precision air strikes,” Konashenkov went on to say.
In addition, “Su-25SM aircraft attacked a terrorist training center in a mountainous area in the province of Idlib,” the Russian military spokesman added. “Air data recorders captured detonation of munitions stored at the facility. The facility was destroyed.”
“In the provinces of Hama and Latakia Su-24 bombers destroyed terrorists’ ammunition stores. Near Deir ez-Zor,  the Su-24s destroyed the command post of a major Islamic State grouping”, Konashenkov said.
Since September 30 Russia has been carrying out airstrikes on the Islamic State facilities in Syria following a request by the country’s internationally recognized government.
US relevance in Iraq is also evaporating with the successful military coordination with Russia and Iran, effectively uniting the two neighboring countries for good.

Victory close in Iraq’s Ramadi: Official

Iraqi troops and volunteer fighters have made significant gains in their joint operation to retake areas from the Daesh Takfiri group in the western province of Anbar with military officials vowing that victory in the tough battle is very near.
Iraq’s Joint Operations Command for Anbar Province said in a statement on Wednesday that the pro-government forces have further closed in on the provincial capital of Ramadi, retaking a key bridge north of the city.
“Great people, the hour of victory against the Daesh criminal gangs has come,” said the statement, adding, “Your heroic forces are advancing steadily from the northern side… [and] they [have] managed to reach Albu Farraj area.”
Major General Ismail Mahalawi, who serves as the head of the Anbar command, said “Iraqi forces have raised the Iraqi flag on Albu Farraj bridge” over the Euphrates.
Over the past two weeks, units of the Iraqi army, backed by popular forces known as the Popular Mobilization Units, have been making advances around Ramadi, a city located 100 kilometers west of the capital Baghdad. Those gains have been mostly in the west and north of the city with Daesh militants forced back to the central neighborhoods.
