Boston manhunt: father claims suspects were framed as search continues – video

The father of Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev, suspects in the Boston marathon bombing, says the pair were framed. Anzor Tsarnaev, asks police to arrest Dzokhar alive, following the death of 26-year-old Tamerlan after a shootout. The Massachusetts governor says Boston residents should stay in their homes and not answer the door, unless to a police officer
