This is what it is all about. Russia's oil, gas, coal, iron, nickel, copper, platin, gold, diamonds, timber, grain and wheat + much, much more.
If someone wants any of that, this someone has to pay the purchase price for it, because Russia owns it all. That seems to be no good.
Anyway maybe Russia does not want or need dollars or euros any longer so much. Russia can sell its natural resources to anyone and in any currency Russia seems fit.
