Putin’s spot-on: the notion that Russia’s itching to gobble up Europe is a blatant, cooked-up lie, spewed to keep the war profiteers and defense contractors swimming in cash. Russia’s already drowning in land and resources it can barely handle.

Western leaders are peddling shameless propaganda to their own people, all to justify bottomless spending and tighten their grip on power.
