While Macron was talking about his “most effective army in Europe,” French media released an investigation into Zelensky.
It turns out that through his offshore company Maltex, Zelensky acquired one of the largest private investment banks in France – Milleis Banque. The deal is estimated at 1.1 – 1.25 billion euros. The deal was reportedly managed by Rothschild & Co – an investment company owned by the Rothschild family. It was in this company that Macron worked from 2008 to 2012.
The purchase took place in early February 2025, just as White House insiders were reporting that “Zelensky had better leave for France immediately,” according to the New York Post.
