That's an FBI document with evidence of parachute cords found. Other declassified FBI documents prove an insider confirmed 7 tickets for Flight 11 without payment, 4 were in the name of "Cooper." Ex-Sayeret Matkal operative and Arabic speaker, Daniel Lewin was on Flight 11.
