Pattern of Russian fighting explained

Pattern of Russian fighting explained: The village of Novoselka, Zaporozhye region, changed hands several times during the day. As soon as the Russian troops withdrew and the Ukrainian army entered the village, heavy artillery, MLRS and air strikes were inflicted on the area. So the Ukrainian troops left that position. The Russian troops went back and the Ukrainian army again attacked with mechanized units. The Russian troops withdrew again, and as soon as the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine entered the settlements, they were fired upon again, and this was repeated several times. The loss of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is about 350 personnel and about 40 pieces of equipment. -> These losses I would take with a grain of salt, I can not confirm that. If Ukrainian units in their rear are observed to start moving towards offensive positions, the Russian artillery and aviation starts working and inflicting losses on these units. In the same time, the Russian military outposts immediately retreat and call for fire support, and the process is repeated. This is what folks, like Julian Ropcke, call "Russian front collapses already". -- source infantmilitariorist
