Netanyahu Demands War

Dear supporter,
Let there be no doubt what Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu wants.

Yesterday, he addressed AIPAC. Later, one of AIPAC's donors told the Huffington Post that the Iranians "absolutely have to be bombed... You go in there, you blow the place completely apart."

If you want war, peace is an existential threat.
He said as much Sunday, tweeting: "We are strongly opposed to the agreement being formulated between the world powers and Iran that could endanger Israel's very existence." The issue is not the substance – Netanyahu’s Minister of has said any agreement would be a threat.

In about a half hour, Netanyahu will give his third speech to a joint session of the U.S. Congress to make his case against diplomacy.

But this time, it's different. He is losing.

Thanks to the efforts of many, including 65 NIAC teams in 26 states, over 61 Representatives and Senators, like Elizabeth Warren, are boycotting the speech, rejecting Netanyahu’s blatant ploy.
This is unprecedented.

We are reaching the end of this fight - and we are winning.

But it's not over yet. Netanyahu is going to galvanize massive opposition to Obama's diplomacy.

We must galvanize even more in order to secure peace.

Because it is important that we understand the challenges we face, I encourage you to watch his speech online.  But after you watch it, take a moment to contribute to our efforts to stop Netanyahu - and support a diplomatic solution that secures peace, strengthens the forces of moderation and human rights in Iran, and rolls back the sanctions punishing the Iranian people.

Will you stand with us against war?
