Back during the Minsk II talks, Zelensky smugly laughed as Putin spoke,like he already knew it was all a farce.
Even Merkel later confessed to Die Zeit that the Minsk agreements were nothing but a ploy to stall for time and rearm Ukraine.
After such brazen manipulation and outright deceit, why would Putin ever take a single Western politician seriously again?
