From Jeffrey to Bill

'Dear Bill, Thanks for everything. You know where I am hiding now. Greetings and Best Wishes form Jeffrey'

Clinton Foundation
HAPPY BIRTHDAY PRESIDENT CLINTON
Stan,

When I met Bill at Yale Law School in 1970, one of the first things I noticed about him was his commitment to get things done. In fact, when our first date was nearly thwarted because the university art museum was closed, he convinced the security guard to let us inside by offering to pick up trash. Bill immediately got to work filling a garbage bag because he knew I wanted to see the Rothko exhibit on display, and because he’s undaunted by a challenge.

All these years later, one of the things I love most about Bill is that he measures each year by how much of a meaningful, positive difference he’s made in people’s lives. He works nonstop, even on his birthday – like when he turned 46 on a construction site in Atlanta, where we were building houses for Habitat for Humanity. His longstanding commitment to do good led him to create the Clinton Foundation after he left office so that he could continue working to empower people to build a better future for themselves, their families, and their communities.

Please join me in celebrating his 73rd birthday today. Click here to sign his birthday card and thank him for all the good work he does for people across the U.S. and around the world.

Even as we celebrate his birthday today, Bill will no doubt be thinking about how he can continue to greet humanitarian challenges with an open hand and a big heart.

So please, sign the card and let him know that you’re thinking of him, too.

Sincerely,

Hillary
