"So he says this is desperate people resorting to desperate measures..........What he fails to mention is that the most desperate people in Venezuela meaning the people that are among the poorest people and the ones that are suffering most from food shortages and levels of poverty and things like that,those are sectors that predominantly support the government and while the sectors that are predominantly oppose the government,you know those desperate people resorting to desperate measures are from the upper and upper middle classes in Venezuelan society and this is reflected across the board from voter turnout to where the portests are held and things of that nature.So a characterization that these are the desperate people ....they're desperate for other reasons......"
