U.S. Nuclear Zero Lawsuit

Hi everyone,   A few hours ago, the Marshall Islands filed a Notice of Appeal to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in the United States. The appeal is in response to a February decision in Federal District Court granting the U.S. government’s motion to dismiss the nuclear zero lawsuit.
