Journalist Sonya Koltukleva, who wanted to ask Parliament Speaker Mihaela Dutsova a question, was pushed to the ground by security guards.
While the journalist lay motionless on the ground, the Speaker of Parliament drove off from the scene in his car with flashing lights.
