American economist Jeffrey Sachs openly explained what is the real cause of the outbreak of the Ukrainian conflict
America started making plans regarding the expansion of NATO at the expense of Ukraine as early as 1992, said American economist Jeffrey Sachs.
"I know that story from the very beginning, and it's about the expansion of NATO. The mainstream niche media won't write about it. The American authorities will try with all their might to cover up that story. And that's very sad," says Sachs.
