Foreign mercenaries fighting in Idlib

Foreign mercenaries fighting in Idlib alongside Al Qaeda affiliates
Very important article in Sputnik Arabic, translated by Wissam Sliman - on foreign mercenaries in Idlib:
Title: "ISIS" requires to raise their flag in Hama... And the Turkestan Islamic Party provides 300 suicide bombers.
"Local sources in Hama countryside revealed that" Ansar al-Tawhid" militants loyal to Da'esh are coordinating with the "Nusra Front" in military operations against the Syrian army in the northern countryside of Hama, while the terrorist organizations have mobilized hundreds of foreign militants and assigned them suicide missions.
The sources told Sputnik: About 500 militants of (Ansar al-Tawhid) carrying flags of "Da'esh" terrorist organization (prohibited in Russia) entered the area of
Jibeen and Tal Meleh in the northern countryside of Hama, and attacked the positions of the Syrian army in Al Hamamiyyat and Kirnaz.
Sources pointed out that these militants (Ansari al-Tawhid) required to be allowed to raise their flags publicly to participate in the battles against the Syrian army, and they got the approval of Nusra Front and foreign (observation) points in the region.
The sources added that more than 300 militants, mostly Chinese (Uyghurs), are now on the fighting fronts in the northern countryside of Hama, specifically on the axis of Latamenah, Kafr Zita and Zakat, after they were brought from Jisr Al Shughour south-west of Idlib and merged with Al Ezza  militants, which happened in coordination with the Turkestan Islamic Party.
The sources pointed out that these 300 Turkestan militants, usually entrusted with the suicide missions, including (Inghimassi) operations and driving car bombs towards the positions of the Syrian army.
Ansar al-Tawhid is known as the new name taken by the militants of the Jund al-Aqsa organization since 2016. This latter organization was established by Abu Abdel Aziz al-Qatari, who had pledged alliance to Da'esh and carried his activities in the northeastern countryside of Hama adjacent to the al-Raqqa Badia (desert), before he was defeated at the hands of the Syrian army and its allies during the liberation of "Abu Dohour" early last year.
In recent years, Ansar al-Tawhid militants were isolated near the Syrian-Turkish border in northwestern Syria during the fall of the "caliph" Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. The Ansar al-Tawhid then joined the the Turkestan Islamic Party organization and the Haras Al Deen organization which is directly led by a Shoura (Consultative) Council of Jordanian Muhajireen (immigrants), and which owes a direct allegiance to the leader of the international al-Qaeda organization, Ayman al-Zawahiri.
Informed sources revealed to Sputnik that "Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham" has worked since mid-August 2018 to facilitate the spread of Da'esh fighters descendants of Asian nationalities in areas controlled by the Turkestan Islamic Party on the western and southwestern fronts of the province of Idlib, In exchange for facilitating the integration and settlement of "Gulfi and Iraqi Da'esh members " who are part of an independent organization called Ansar al-Tawhid, in some areas of northern Hama countryside which are controlled by Hurras adDeen organization which maintains its allegiance to al-Qaeda in Afghanistan.
The Turkestans are the most prominent fighters of the armed groups. Together with the Chechen and Uzbek fighters, they played a major role in controlling the military installations in north and north-west Syria, they settled with their families in the Western countryside of Idlib and the northern countryside of Lattakia, they chose this area because of the existence of many villages and towns which some of their families are loyal to the Ottoman Empire on the background of their Turkmen roots, same as the Turkestan.
The Turkestan Islamic Party in the Levant is known to have a close ideology to the Nusra Front terrorist group (banned in Russia) . The number of its members in Syria is estimated at thousands of fighters of Turkish national minority in the Chinese Xingyang province. Turkey is considered their main political supporter, if it was not the only one."
