En omdat de schepen inspectie weigerden, had Israël het recht om deze schepen te enteren.

Verhagen liegt, want in internationale wateren heeft Israel dat recht niet. Wel een goede tip voor Somalische piraten, die nu ook het recht hebben om schepen bij verdenking van wapensmokkel te enteren.

Met moordenaars, direct of indirect, praat je niet, die pak je aan. Hou op met dat gelul.
In de vroege ochtend is Israël met geweld aan boord gegaan van een vrijheidsvloot van activisten die humanitaire hulpgoederen naar Gaza wilde brengen. Daarbij is een onbekend aantal mensen gedood en zijn er vele gewonden. Bekijk hier de beelden. Wat er precies is gebeurd staat nog niet vast, maar dat er bij dit bloedbad sprake is van onaanvaardbaar disproportioneel geweld van Israëlische zijde staat voor mij wel vast. Daarom heb ik twee eisen gesteld waarvan ik aanneem dat de minister van Buitenlandse Zaken ze overneemt. Ten eerste doorlating van de hulpgoederen. Ten tweede een onafhankelijk onderzoek naar de exacte gebeurtenissen en het berechten van verantwoordelijken. Morgenavond is er om 20:00 een debat in De Balie in Amsterdam over Israël. Daar zal dit onderwerp ook aan de orde komen. Zorg dat je erbij bent en laat je verontwaardiging horen.

Zo heeft Israel Wilders niet per se nodig.
