Lawyers’ Committee and AE911Truth Launch Joint Project to Ensure Successful Grand Jury Investigation

What transpired last month is without question the greatest step forward the 9/11 Truth Movement has ever taken toward bringing about a real investigation into the events of September 11, 2001.
In a letter dated November 7, 2018, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York notified the Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry that he would comply with the provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 3332 requiring him to present to a special grand jury the Lawyers’ Committee’s reports filed earlier this year of unprosecuted federal crimes at the World Trade Center.
This means a 23-member grand jury, vested with subpoena power and the authority to take sworn testimony, will hear the voluminous evidence of the World Trade Center’s demolition and will have the ability to conduct a thorough investigation that results in indictments against suspected individuals — in other words, what the 9/11 Truth Movement has been working toward for 17 years.
Rather than simply crossing our fingers and hoping for the best, this real and time-sensitive opportunity to achieve our ultimate goal demands that we do everything in our power to ensure a thorough and successful grand jury investigation.
Because the U.S. Attorney is legally required to share all evidentiary filings made by the Lawyers’ Committee — including any future submissions — there are several measures the Lawyers’ Committee and AE911Truth can and must take to bolster the evidence, increase the likelihood that key experts and eyewitnesses will be asked to testify, and further assist the jurors’ investigation.

ISIS supporters ushered in the holiday season by invoking the 2016 Berlin Christmas market attack and vowing “retribution” to come.
A dozen people were killed in the Dec. 19, 2016, attack when Anis Amri hijacked a truck, killed the Polish driver and plowed it into crowds at the market next to the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church at Breitscheidplatz. Amri was killed four days later during a shootout with police in Italy.

Documents from 1963 reveal how CIA controls the press

CIA once secretly implanted mind-control devices in dogs’ brains

The CIA created remote-controlled dogs by operating on their brains during a bizarre mind-control experiment, according to freshly declassified documents.
During the top-secret 1963 project, researchers implanted a device inside six canines’ skulls and guided them through an open field, according to documents posted on The Black Vault, a website specializing in declassified government records.
The pooches could be made to run, turn and stop as scientists zapped the reward center of their brains with electrical currents, according to the CIA papers, which were published in 1965.
“The specific aim of the research program was to examine the feasibility of controlling the behavior of a dog, in an open field, by means of remotely stimulated electrical stimulation of the brain,” the documents state.
“Such a system depends for its effectiveness on two properties of electrical stimulation delivered to certain deep lying structures of the dog brain: the well-known reward effect, and a tendency for such stimulation to initiate and maintain locomotion in a direction which is accompanied by the continued delivery of stimulation.”
Some of the dogs suffered side effects, including infections caused by a head wound that failed to properly heal, according to the papers.
Eventually, the CIA tried a method in which they “embedded the electrode entirely within a mound of dental cement on the skull,” the document states.

US colleges—and law schools!—teach us not to know our constitutional rights

In case anyone questions Mr. Gatto’s conclusion, please note that a very large study has found that this indoctrination in propaganda was very successful as it showed that people scored worse on a test on American History and Civics as they attained higher levels of education.  It also showed that the group with the worst score were elected officials, most of whom have Juris Doctor, a.k.a. law, degrees.  See http://www.americancivicliteracy.org/2011/major_findings_finding2.html and http://www.americancivicliteracy.org/2011/additional_finding.html

As a graduate of a top tier law school, I can attest to the fact that law school is designed to cover up the theft of our Constitutional rights while also imparting the belief in attorneys that they know the law better than those lay people.  For example, attorneys are trained to regurgitate that judges can enter summary judgment in civil cases when no amendment has empowered the judiciary to ignore the Seventh Amendment’s mandate that the right to trial by jury shall be preserved when the value in controversy exceeds $20.

Note that most of them don’t even know what the standard for granting summary judgment is even though all attorneys are required to read the rules and get tested on them in the Bar exam.  For those who haven’t had the misfortune of dealing with our civil “justice” system, the summary judgment rule states “summary judgment shall be rendered forthwith if the pleadings and summary judgment evidence on file show that there is no genuine issue as to any material fact and that the moving party is entitled to a judgment as a matter of law.”

  • A constitutional cap on taxes – at 25%

  • Break up the ‘too-big-to-fail’ banks, re-separate regular banking from investment banking

  • No more ‘planned obsolescence’ – Mandate guarantee from producers that their products will last 10 years, and that spare parts will be available during that period
  • Ban plastic bottles and other polluting packaging
  • Weaken the influence of big pharma on health in general and hospitals in particular
  • Ban on GMO crops, carcinogenic pesticides, endocrine disruptors and monocrops

Foreign Affairs
  • End France’s participation in foreign wars of aggression, and exit from NATO

  • Prevent migratory flows that cannot be accommodated or integrated, given the profound civilizational crisis we are experiencing

HuffPost runs a crude new smear of UK prof Piers Robinson, for his (excellent) work on 9/11

Huffington Post renews smear campaign against UK Professor Piers Robinson

A smear campaign against Professor Piers Robinson, chair in politics, society and political journalism at the University of Sheffield, has been renewed with an article in the Huffington Post. 
Robinson is one of a small number of academics and independent journalists to challenge the official narrative around the “war on terror,” especially regarding the civil war in Syria. Along with Professor Tim Hayward (environmental political theory, University of Edinburgh) he is a founding member of the Working Group on Syria, Propaganda and Media (WGSPM). Established to facilitate “rigorous academic analysis” of media reportage of the Syrian war, it investigates the role of propaganda more broadly in shaping public perception of conflicts and its connection to western geo-strategic objectives.
Earlier this year, on April 14, Robinson, Hayward and others were viciously attacked by Rupert Murdoch’s Times newspaper as “Apologists for Assad working in British universities,” and as “Assad’s Useful Idiots.” This was in response to the WGSPM shining the spotlight on the role of the western-backed Syrian White Helmets and its leading role in allegations that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad was using chemical weapons in the conflict. Just hours before the smear appeared, Britain and France had joined the US in launching air strikes on Syria—citing one such alleged chemical attack in Douma on April 7. 
Around the same time, the Huffington Post ran a series of smears targeting Robinson, Hayward and investigative journalist Vanessa Beeley—all penned by senior editor Chris York. In May, York again smeared the three as “pro-Assad activists” in an article on Labour-run Leeds City Council’s banning a Media on Trial event at which they were speaking. York implicitly approved the ban and noted that a Huffington Post report earlier in the week had “drawn attention to the event…” 
An article by York, published December 4, is, if anything, even more craven and desperate than his earlier pieces in that it dispenses with any pretenceof objectivity. Given the subject area of those under attack, York’s article is a case-study in embedded propaganda.Click on the link to read the rest.

HuffPost’s Attack on Academic Integrity, Truth and Justice

On 4 December 2018, HuffPost published an article by senior editor Chris York, whose single purpose was to discredit Professor Piers Robinson of the University of Sheffield (UK).  Prof. Robinson is Chair in Politics, Society and Political Journalism and researches communication, media and world politics, focusing on conflict and war.  His current teaching includes research methods, introduction to political communication as well as propaganda, media and conflict. The University of Sheffield’s Department of Journalism Studies is considered one of the most prestigious in the U.K.  
While mass media are certainly entitled to criticize whomever they wish, it is quite rare that they devote an entire article to destroy the reputation of an academic. One can, therefore, assume that the attack on Prof. Robinson’s reputation was ordered by higher-ups for reasons that will become evident in this essay.

HuffPost’s unconscionable attack on Prof. Robinson’s personal integrity
The introductory paragraph of the article reveals its slanderous intent.  
“An academic teaching journalism students at one of the UK’s top universities has publicly supported long-discredited conspiracy theories about the 9/11 terror attack, HuffPost UK can reveal.”  
The journalist left no stone unturned in his efforts to discover controversial statements by Prof. Robinson. He found three academics willing to berate Prof. Robinson: Lydia Wilson, an Oxford and Cambridge research fellow and editor of the Cambridge Literary Review, Yasser Munif, a Lebanese expert on middle eastern politics and society at Emerson College, Boston and  Nader Hashemi, director of the Center for Middle East Studies at the University of Denver. They offered nothing more than their personal opinions. Disregarding the rule of neutrality, HuffPost did not talk with academics who support Prof. Robinson or with any of the thousands of academics and experts who share his conclusions.
9/11 Unmasked
It is not, however, bad journalism that prompted me to write the present essay, but HuffPost’s deliberate attack on people of integrity who dare question the official account of 9/11.  In order to discredit Prof. Robinson, the author cited Lydia Wilson to express her personal opinion about the book “9/11 Unmasked”, to which Prof. Robinson had given good marks:
″It’s ridiculous that Piers Robinson is teaching propaganda. The most troubling thing for me is how did he get this job? It’s not hard to uncover this man. [The review of ‘9/11 Unmasked’ by Prof. Robinson] is conspiracy-theory driven. There’s no academic who should write a post like – there’s no argument and there’s no evidence. It’s dangerous to students – he’s working in a journalism department and he can’t analyse journalism sources.” 
Prof. Robinson is entitled, like any other person, to the presumption of good faith. To insinuate that his research is “conspiracy-theory driven” is unconscionable.  
HuffPost’s attack on the quest for truth and justice
The attack on Prof. Robinson was no personal vendetta. It rather represents an attack on all scholars who dare question the official account on 9/11, including myself.
In the present article, I intend to expose one particularly grievous lie promoted by the U.S. government with regard to 9/11, namely the legend that 19 fanatic Muslims boarded and hijacked four aircraft, in order to crash these aircraft on known landmarks.  A comprehensive study of this particular question is found in my book “Hijacking America’s Mind on 9/11” (Algora Publishers, New York, 2013).
