The Cuban Missile Crisis was ended by diplomacy, not a showdown. The US regime could stop this war and save the world by agreeing to not expand NATO into Ukraine, but they don't want to stop it because it's been a project of the US to expand NATO since 1992. Jeffrey Sachs
