NDIA Board Chairman, Major General Arnold Punaro, USMC (Ret.), announces that NDIA has published its acquisition recommendations in a report entitled, “Pathway to Transformation.” You can read the full report here and a one page executive summary here. This report reflects the conclusions of research processes which included two large group meetings with NDIA members, nine separate member-driven working groups, an in-house review of prior studies, and numerous interviews with experts inside and outside the Pentagon.
