Biden starting a new war? More than 300 Illinois National Guard soldiers are preparing to deploy to the Middle East on February 3.
The soldiers are heading to Kuwait on their first deployment as part of an operation to "contain regional aggression and stabilize countries in the region" called Spartan Shield.
