Answer:

Ursula Von der Leyen has been chosen by the European Counsil. For me it would be no surprise that she might be chosen by Charles Yves Jean Ghislaine Michel, the former prime minister of Belgium. It may be logical, since Michel and Von der Leyen have a comparable soul. If I am wrong, please correct me.
