Hillary Clinton and MH17

The day MH17 was shot down, though not knowing who did it, Hillary Clinton told Europe to cut its ties with Gazprom as a response.
She didn't spend one word on the possibility of Ukraine having downed MH17, nor what the consequences of that should be.
Isn't that remarkable? Yes it is. There was obviously only one scenario in her mind. "Europeans should put Putin on notice".
