Egyptian contacts of mine who are demonstrating now tell me you can immediately detect the groups of pro-Mubarak thugs. Many women have joint on the streets the democratic forces in contrast to the Mubarak-gangs. Let's see if the pro-western Mubarak thugs can scare these women away.
Is the West willing to create such a chaos in Egypt that it will end in a civil war? If not, they have to kick out Mubarak immediately. And the West can do this because they paid him billions of dollars all these years to keep him in power and suppress his own population. Read the reports of human rights organisations.
