Italy, Spain, Greece, France and Hungary block Ursula Von Der Leyen's proposed EU visa restrictions for Russian citizens.
These are tourist nations which heavily rely on alot of tourists. Finland is a good example as alot of its businesses went bankrupt after banning Russian tourists.
