If he can’t make a deal with Russia, he’ll put "secondary tariffs on ALL oil coming out of Russia".
If Iran doesn't agree to his new nuclear deal, "it will be bombing the likes of which they have never seen before."
What the hell is this? A statesman or a bloody gangster?
